As developers, we identify underperforming or mispositioned assets, as well as locations ripe for greenfield projects. Our approach is twofold: first, we strategically map out the brand and hotel positioning, including target demographics, development concepts, and design direction, all backed by a robust feasibility study. Second, we collaborate with designers and consultants to transform this vision into a detailed master plan. This marks the concept phase. In parallel, during this process, we also work closely with investors to raise both equity and debt. During the development phase, we lead the contractor selection process, whether by managing the project internally or partnering with an external project management firm. Our role is to oversee the entire process, ensuring seamless coordination among the construction team, designers, consultants, investors, and, when applicable, external operators.
